What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email, whether you ticked the founding-member box, your answer to "what's hardest for you right now" if you gave one, the country your connection comes from (from our host, Cloudflare), and the campaign link you arrived from, if any. Nothing else. We don't use tracking cookies or ad pixels on this page.

Counting visits

To fix problems and make these pages better, we count visits and what gets clicked: which buttons and links, how far down the page you read, how long you stay, the site or campaign link you came from, and any page errors, with your device type and country. Never anything you type. No cookies, nothing stored on your device, no ad pixels, and no tracking on other sites. Your IP address only tells one visit apart from another for a day, through a one-way code, and is never stored. These counts stay with us, on Cloudflare.

What we do with it

We email you once when First Hello opens, and if you ticked the founding box, you go first in line when it's busy. We read the answers in total to understand what people struggle with. We never sell or share your email.

Where it's kept, and for how long

On Cloudflare, our host. We keep it until a month after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

The $10 founding deposit

Optional. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. The deposit holds your founding place and is fully refundable, for any reason, any time before launch: just ask. If First Hello doesn't launch, every deposit is refunded automatically.

Who it's for

Adults, 18 and over. Your coach is an AI and says so. First Hello is coaching, not therapy; if anxiety stops you from daily life, a therapist who does CBT for social anxiety is the most proven help.
